What a year it has been for our ballet school in Hong Kong! As we bid farewell to 2023, let’s take a moment to reflect on the incredible milestones and unforgettable moments that have shaped this remarkable journey.
In January, we had the privilege of hosting Yang Ruiqi, Principal Dancer of the Hong Kong Ballet, as our special guest teacher for the month. Her exceptional talent and expertise added a new level of inspiration to our studio. Not only did she join us for our spectacular Nutcracker performance in December, but she also conducted weekly Saturday classes, igniting our students’ passion for ballet.
February: February was a month of celebration as we invited parents to our watching week. It was a joyous occasion for families to witness the progress and growth of their children. The smiles of pride and amazement on their faces were a testament to the hard work and dedication our students put into their training.
May: The dedication of our students shone brightly as they poured their hearts into preparing for a special performance at Disneyland. The opportunity to showcase their talent in such a magical setting was a dream come true for our young dancers. Their hard work paid off as they delivered a mesmerizing performance that left the audience in awe.
June: We couldn’t be prouder of our students as they completed their RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) ballet exams. Their commitment to excellence was evident, with over 80% of them achieving the highest distinction. It was a true testament to their talent and the guidance of our exceptional instructors.
July: July marked a significant milestone as we celebrated our studio’s second anniversary. It was a momentous occasion filled with joy, laughter, and reflection on the incredible journey we have embarked on together. Miss Ruiqi graced us with her presence and delivered an inspiring speech that touched the hearts of everyone present. Additionally, we introduced two new classes, Barre Fit and K-pop, offering our students diverse avenues to explore their passion for dance.
August: Our summer program provided a platform for our students to unleash their creativity and explore various dance styles. It was a time of artistic exploration and self-expression, allowing them to broaden their horizons and further develop their skills.
November: Once again, we welcomed parents to our watching week, providing them with a front-row seat to witness the progress their children had made. It was a heartwarming experience to see the fruits of their hard work and dedication on full display.
September to December: Our students embraced the challenge of participating in numerous competitions throughout the year. Their dedication, discipline, and artistry shone through, resulting in remarkable achievements and accolades. We couldn’t be prouder of their growth and the way they represented our studio with grace and excellence.
As we look back on the remarkable year that was 2023, we are filled with gratitude for the opportunities, milestones, and successes we experienced as a studio. We are excited to continue nurturing the talent and passion of our students and look forward to the journey that lies ahead in 2024.

一月：我們有幸邀請到香港芭蕾舞團的首席舞蹈演員-楊瑞琪 作為我們一個月的特別客座教師。她卓越的才華和專業知識為我們的舞蹈工作室帶來了新的靈感。她不僅參加了我們十二月份精彩的胡桃夾子表演，並會與我們學生同台演出; 還每週到我校進行週六的課程，點燃了我們學生對芭蕾舞的熱情。

五月：我們學生的奉獻精神熠熠生輝，他們全心全意為在迪士尼樂園的特別演出做準備。在如此神奇的場所展示他們的才華是他們的夢想成真。他們的辛勤工作得到了回報，他們呈現了令人驚嘆的表演，讓觀眾留下了深刻的印象。
六月：我們對我們的學生感到無比自豪，因為他們完成了皇家芭蕾舞學院（RAD）的舞蹈考試。他們對卓越的承諾是顯而易見的，其中超過80％的學生獲得了最高的優異成績。這真正證明了他們的才華和我們優秀教練的指導。
七月：七月標誌著我們慶祝舞蹈工作室成立兩周年的重要里程碑。這是一個充滿喜悅、笑聲和對我們一起走過的不可思議之旅的反思的時刻。楊瑞琪小姐光臨並發表了一篇令人振奮的演講，觸動了在場每個人的心。此外，我們還推出了兩個新的課程，Barre Fit和K-pop，為學生提供了多樣化的探索舞蹈激情的途徑。
